Leadership
on Track™ is a system developed by the Centre for Applied Leadership Excellence
to aid the continuous development of leaders. The system is company specific, but
can also be used by independent individuals wanting to take charge of their leadership
development. This system supports development outside of the classroom and is not
about courses, study or exams. It’s a about a variety of tried and tested activities
that help leaders to reflect, learn and grow, and will help you to stay motivated
and focused on your development.
