Non-Profit
Our vision is to make a difference in South Africa and Africa through developing leaders.
To strengthen the socio-economic fabric of the region, we see non-profits (NPO), NGOs
and similar social organisations as having an essential function in society. Many of these organisations do not have funding for leadership training and there are few specialised organisations that focus training towards the NPO environment. CALE attempts to fill the gap by providing partly or fully sponsored training to NPOs.
Currently CALE is partnering with Childline, Sparrow Schools, and a few other non-profits. If you are a legitimate NPO and wish to attend our leadership programmes, please e-mail us. Alternatively if you are a potential corporate or individual sponsor of such training and would like to financially support CALE's work, please contact us.
CALE’s support of non-profits is limited by the amount of revenue we can dedicate to our non-profit work. If corporates can support CALE directly (paying for non-profit training) or indirectly (aiding CALE with needed services or resources), we are able to do more in this essential domain. Through this corporate support, we hope that both corporate and non-profit leaders will in turn have a broader impact on society.
CALE is currently launching a specialised 6-day non-profit leadership programme
(expected to run from February 2007). Non-profits interested in this programme, or interested in getting training from CALE, should register by completing the following questionnaire (download, print, complete and fax back to us).
