Research
CALE aims to be academically rigorous in all of its work. This means we try to research issues in our various areas of interest to ensure that we are at the cutting edge of our field. This also means that we pay attention to worldwide trends in academic research, which can inform our activities.
From time to time, as our funding allows, CALE engages in research that is to the benefit of South African Leaders and organisations.
Presently CALE’s research is focused on South African perceptions of leadership, gender and leadership, and leader attitudes and their effect on job satisfaction.
In future we hope to expand our research and make this available to the public through reports which will be available on this website.
