Starting the Journey™

CALE has developed a leadership development programme focused on individuals in junior leadership and management roles (including supervisors, new and junior managers, team leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs) to introduce them to the world of organisational leadership in a practical, insightful way.
 
The programme is also suitable for individuals earmarked for future leadership roles. It is easy to miss the critical choice to lead in making the leap into a leadership or management role. Starting the Journey™ empowers new and growing leaders to embrace attitudes and skills for successful team and organisational leadership.
 
Leaders can expect to gain an understanding of leadership and the critical skills of leadership, as well as an understanding of their own particular style of leadership and their strengths and weaknesses as a leader. The programme will prepare leaders to engage the complex cycles of change, implementation, growth and continually working with followers towards critical goals.
