Public Programmes

Our public programmes are a unique opportunity for leaders to join with other leaders to explore and learn about the challenges of leadership. Working with leaders from other organisations creates opportunities for cross-pollination and a broader perspective on organisational leadership.
 
CALE schedules regular dates for most of our programmes, especially our Leadership Journey™ and Starting the Journey™ programmes. These programmes are run in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth (some venues may be limited according to numbers and demand levels).
 
In addition, short seminars and talks by leadership experts and experienced leaders are scheduled from time to time.
