CALE was born out of an awareness of an existing gap in South Africa for an organisation solely dedicated to leadership. Our vision is to play a part in the development of leaders who can grow the socio-economic fabric of this country.
Beyond training, education, and development, CALE researches leadership and hopes to expand its work in this area in future years. CALE has a strong community investment focus that is expressed through providing sponsored training services to non-profits, NGOs and similar organisations that provide a service to South African communities.
CALE is currently in a rapid stage of growth, with increasing demand for our services. We hope that you will partner with us in our vision.
