The CALE History and Philosophy

The Centre for Applied Leadership Excellence is a Section 21 association-not-for-gain and
non-shareholding organisation that aims to provide leadership training, development and
research services to the benefit of South Africa and Africa.
 
CALE was founded in 2004 with a board of seven members representing various backgrounds, races, genders, and viewpoints. However, our board is committed to our values:
